We examine and verified the procedures that were used to conduct health plan benefit research conducted in accordance with the standards and procedures established by the National Supplemental Health Agency. Our audit includes evidence that allow us to verify if there has been: adherence of the research to the scope of planning; trust of the beneficiaries selected for the interview; reliability of responses and; search Report Trust.
